Mia coordinates a specialty-based match, then shares the provider identity and credentials. You review the doctor and plan before deciding whether to proceed.
When will I receive a price?+
A written quotation follows an initial case review. It should identify the procedure, provider, facility, inclusions, exclusions, validity, and payment terms.
Are results guaranteed?+
No medical outcome can be guaranteed. Published cases show individual outcomes with context and consent; your clinician explains realistic expectations and risks.
How are my medical photos protected?+
Medical photos are uploaded only after secure account creation and stored in a private bucket with applicant ownership controls and short-lived access.
What happens after I return home?+
Your written plan includes expected check-ins, secure photo updates, and routes to the treating team. Urgent symptoms require immediate clinical or emergency contact.
